When dermatologists and other physicians confront acne severe enough to give rise to suicidal feelings, they often move straight to prescribing the most drastic anti-acne medicine of all, Accutane (about which we will write in more detail later). It works to eliminate almost all acne (including most of the 5 percent Dr. Dubrow’s program doesn’t fully resolve).
